  • My name is Veli Bakalov, and I am a Hematologist and Oncologist at MD Anderson Cancer Center at Cooper University Health Care.

  • Originally, I am from Ukraine, grew up in Crimea and graduated from medical school in Turkey at Ondokuz Mayis University. Thereafter, I worked as a research fellow at University of Pittsburgh and completed my Internal Medicine residency and Hematology and Oncology fellowship at Allegheny Health Network.

  • I have a strong interest in research and evidence-based medicine. My main interest is thoracic oncology, Head and Neck cancers, health disparities, and outcome research.

  • I made this app at the end of the first year of my fellowship mainly to simplify the process of learning and to automate sharing of my notes as I study. I have no conflicts of interest to disclose.
